ACCT 6420 - Taxation of Corporations and Shareholders

Concepts and principles governing the taxation of corporations and shareholders including corporate formation, captial structure, distributions, liquidations, reorganizations, consolidated tax returns and taxation of international transactions.

Prerequisite/Restriction: ACCT 3410  and ACCT 6400
