FCHD 5340 - Housing Finance and Regulations

3 credits

Exploration of mortgage loan industry, with in-depth examination of various lending products and procedures. Study of regulations affecting housing, including Fair Housing, predatory lending, and mortgage default.

Prerequisite/Restriction: FCHD 3340 , FCHD 3350 . Enrollment limited to Family, Consumer, and Human Development majors and Family and Consumer Sciences majors.
