FIN 5250 - Banking Regulation

3 credits

Since the financial crisis of 2008, discussions about and laws regarding banking regulation have been a central element of the reaction to the crisis.  This course covers ongoing developments in banking regulation.

Prerequisite/Restriction: Grade of B- (2.67) or better in FIN 3400 ; addmittance to a USU major, cumulative GPA of 2.67 or higher, completion of at least 40 credits.
