Objectives
The programs in the Department of Nursing educate and develop compassionate and competent nurses who can effectively apply nursing principles to enhance patient care in a rapidly changing and diverse practice environment. We take pride in providing students with access to cutting-edge resources and facilities.
Students develop their clinical expertise in the safe and controlled simulation environment to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Immersive simulations provide hands-on experiences that prepare students for the real-world practice they encounter during their professional careers.
One of the strengths of our nursing programs is that we provide students with many opportunities to practice nursing skills in a diverse range of clinical healthcare settings, including hospitals, community clinics, long-term care facilities, and more. Students develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery and cultivate adaptability in different care environments.
