Geographic Information Science - Minor

Requirements (16-20 credits)

All courses required for the Geographic Information Science minor must be taken on an A-B-C-D-F basis. A grade of C- or better is required for all WATS courses used to meet requirements for this minor.

A Required Courses (10 credits)

Students must complete all of the following:

GEOG 1800 - Introduction to Geographic Information Sciences 3
WATS 4930 - Advanced GIS and Spatial Analysis 3
WATS 4931 - GIS Research Projects 2
WILD 4950 - Special Topics 1-3 (Take BOTH Python for ArcGIS and Python GIS Project)
Other courses as approved by advisor

B. Electives (6-10 credits)
