Students with majors outside of the Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Sciences Department may graduate with a minor in Food Sciences by completing NFS 1020 , NFS 3070 , NFS 3110 , NFS 5020  (or NFS 5030 ), and NFS 5560  with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 for these courses. Prerequisite courses must also be completed.
