Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
Requirements for a minor in Electrical Engineering (EE) are listed below. General requirements are:
- Students may declare the minor at any time.
- Students must maintain a GPA of 3.0 in their minor coursework.
- No course with an earned grade less than C- may be applied to the minor.
- Before taking 3000-level and above elective courses, students must:
- complete minor required courses, AND
- complete at least 30 credits in their declared major with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- No more than one repeat is allowed in the minor. Audits are counted as a repeat.
- Courses for the minor may not be taken on a pass/fail basis.
