Hunger and Food Security Studies - Minor

College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences; Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences

This minor provides students with a broad understanding of the complexity of hunger and the various programs, policies, and environmental changes that can reduce this significant social issue. This minor is available to all undergraduate majors.
