A teaching minor in Geography requires an approved teaching major in another subject. All courses required for the Geography Teaching minor must be taken on an A-B-C-D-F basis. A grade of C- or better is required for all GEOG courses taken to meet requirements for the minor. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required for courses taken to complete the minor, but teaching licensure in the State of Utah requires a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
