The Nail Technician Certificate of Proficiency is designed to help students prepare for and pass state certification tests and licensure administered by the state of Utah. Students who complete the certificate will be prepared to create their own small business or work in the salon and spa settings. Courses for the certificate may not be taken on a pass/fail basis.
