This 12-credit certificate provides students with a broad understanding of the complexity of food insecurity at local, national, and international levels with a focus on programs, policies, and environmental changes that can reduce this significant social issue. This certificate is available to any student.
Minimum GPA: 2.5
No courses may be taken for a pass/fail grade.
