The Mind-Body Wellness Certificate Program at Utah State University offers a comprehensive exploration of wellness, nutrition, and stress management to cultivate a holistic understanding of human health. Through a diverse curriculum spanning the science of nutrition, the progression of dietary needs through the human life cycle, and the practice of mindfulness and stress management, students are empowered with knowledge and practical skills.
