MSLE 3710 - Leading Teams
2 credits
This course focuses on the theory and practice of leading groups and teams. It provides conceptual guidelines for analyzing and diagnosing group dynamics and determining strategic options for leaders. Students learn interpersonal skills for implementing effective strategies for group situations.
Prerequisite/Restriction:
- Completion of at least 40 credits
- Students cannot earn credit for both MSLE 3710 and MGT 3710 for the Business Administration Major or the Leadership and Management Minor.
