MGT 3710 - Team Management

2 credits

This experientially-driven course focuses on the role of teams in organizations and on developing skills which individuals and teams need to be effective. Topics include self-awareness, supportive communication, problem solving, and conflict management. Students cannot earn credit for both MSLE 3710  and MGT 3710.
