APEC 5700 - Regional and Community Economic Development 3 credit(s)
Building on microeconomic theory, models for regional and urban structure and change are explored. Policy decision models based on advances in economic growth and development, economic structure, land-use, public finance, housing, social welfare, and transportation are developed. Additional coursework is required for those enrolled in the graduate-level course.
