MUSC 3550 - Individual Guitar Instruction for Music Majors

This course is designed to give music majors a flexible course of study leading to advanced musical and technical skill, and greater understanding of the instrument and its repertoire, employing specific pedagogical strategies. Materials differ from student to student. 2-credit enrollment requires permission from the private instructor and area head. The number of credits granted depends upon practice time and extent of literature required.
Prerequisite(s): MUSC 2595 - successful completion of barrier jury
