MATH 6320 - Modern Algebra
3 credits
Algebraic structures, including vector spaces, groups, rings, algebras, and modules. Topics include: category theory, elementary commutative ring theory, and algebraic geometry.
Prerequisite/Restriction: C- or better in MATH 5310 ; MATH 6310 must be completed prior to 6320.
