NDFS 6170 - Food Safety & Quality 1-3 credits
Explores modern issues and programs of safety and quality assurance used in the food industry, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF).
