REH 6220 - Culturally Valid Rehabilitation Practices

3 credits

Analysis of the effect of cultural/ethnic/racial/linguistic background in the rehabilitation counseling setting, including acceptance/perception of disability, and successful application, process, and rehabilitation outcome. Practice applications include provision of culturally sensitive counseling, vocational evaluation, and job placement.
