The specialization in Interventions for Secondary Students is available to graduate students enrolled in the Master of Education (Plan B or Plan C) or Master of Science programs. This specialized training will prepare secondary educators with expertise in intensive academic and behavioral supports for delivery to secondary students who exhibit multiple risk indicators, including low literacy, high absenteeism, and low engagement.

Curriculum and Instruction M.S. Required Courses (15 credits)
Thesis (3 credits)
The thesis topic must be approved by 3-person committee. Thesis grade will appear as a “T” until the thesis is successfully defended.
