German Minor Requirements (12 credits)

• Total Credits: 12
• Grade Point Average to Declare German Minor: 2.5 Overall GPA
• Grade Point Average to Graduate with German Minor: 2.5 GPA within minor coursework
• Credits in Residence: At least half (50 percent) of the credits earned for this minor must be earned at USU.
• Minimum Grade Requirement: All courses taken for this minor require a minimum grade of C- of better. Courses for the minor may not be taken on a pass/fail basis.

¹ Only 1 credit of GERM 4920  may count toward the German minor.

² GERM 4200  should be taken near the end of the student’s coursework. However, GERM 4200  is not offered every year. Therefore, students should check to see when the course will be offered.

³ Students desiring to apply study abroad credits toward these degrees must obtain approval form the LPCS office prior to participating.
