This program begins Fall 2020.
USU’s RN to BSN completion program is an entirely online program that admits up to 45 students twice each year. Applications are available on the Nursing Department website and will be submitted online. Application dates are as follows:
- Fall semester admission: January 1 - March 31
- Spring semester admission: May 1 - September 30
Required qualifications for admission include:
- Current, active RN licensure
- Graduation from an accredited Associate Degree RN program (ACEN or CCNE)
- Minimum of 63 earned credits.
- AAS graduates may need to take additional bachelor’s degree breadth and depth courses to meet graduation requirements. Meet with your advisor.
- Newly admitted RN to BSN completion students are required to meet with the USU RN to BSN Nursing advisor.
- Current students (USU AAS candidates) are required to meet with their RN to BSN advisor and log in to Degree Works to check student-specific program progress.
- Submission of all required application materials by the due date listed for the preferred semester.
- Submission of all official transcripts of previous education to USU (Logan) Office of the Registrar.
