The 15-credit minor in folklore is an interdisciplinary program sponsored by the English department and the History department. The coursework for the minor must be approved by the Director of the Folklore Program, Lynne McNeill, Ray B. West 301B. Students must have a 2.5 Overall GPA to declare the Folklore - Minor and must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA within the minor courses with no grade lower than a C. With the exception of ENGL 2210 , courses used to fulfill the requirements for the English and History majors may not be used for the Folklore minor.
