Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling

This minor is for Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) majors who want to work toward the Utah Department of Health credential to serve children with disabilities (0-3) and their families in the Baby Watch Early Intervention Program. Students must apply for the Special Education Minor through the Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling Department. The minimum GPA for admission is 3.0. Students must earn a B- or higher in each required course.
