About this Degree
The Animal and Dairy Sciences BS degree includes all disciplines of the animal production industry, current scientific applications associated with animal science, and biotechnology associated with the animal science industry.
Students in this program will not only be exposed to multiple disciplines in the classroom but will also have the opportunity for applied experiences in the fields of animal nutrition, reproduction and physiology, breeding and genetics, livestock production management, and animal biotechnology.
The Animal and Dairy Science program offers students hands-on experiences with beef cattle, dairy cattle, horses, sheep, goats, and pigs.
