Conflict Management and Facilitation - Certificate

This certificate is an opportunity for students who are interested in understanding the roots and impact of interpersonal conflict and developing skills to manage and facilitate conflict resolution. These skills are relevant in personal relationships as well as in nearly all professional settings. The program is designed with an interdisciplinary approach to serve students from a variety of majors and colleges throughout the university.
