Horticulture - Minor

The Horticulture minor at Utah State University’s College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences, Department of Plants, Soils and Climate, provides students with a comprehensive understanding of horticulture and its applications in diverse environments.

Students will gain knowledge in soil science, pest management, fruit and vegetable production, and ornamental horticulture.
