About this Degree
The Full-Time and Professional Master of Human Resources (MHR) programs prepare students to take strategic roles assisting organizations in attracting, retaining, developing, and mobilizing talent at all levels. Students receive training in a variety of subjects, including talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, employment law, HR analytics, project management, negotiation, and strategy. Students in the three-semester full-time campus program also complete a three-month internship and an international experience and may complete an MBA degree in one additional semester. For working professionals, the Professional program can be completed in four or six semesters. It is delivered using a blend of live, technology enhanced delivery and online instruction.
Admission Requirements for this Program
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university or a similarly recognized international university is required for admission to and completion of a graduate program.
Applicants are required to have strong written and oral communication skills.
