About this Degree
The On-Campus and Online Master of Human Resources (MHR) programs prepare students to take strategic roles assisting organizations in attracting, retaining, developing, and mobilizing talent at all levels. Students receive training in a variety of subjects, including talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, employment law, HR analytics, project management, negotiation, and strategy. Students in the three-semester On-Campus program also complete a three-month internship and an international experience and may complete an MBA, MDATA or MMIS degree in one additional semester. For working professionals, the Online program can be completed in three, four or six semesters. It is delivered using a blend of live, technology enhanced delivery and online instruction.
Admission Requirements for this Program
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university or a similarly recognized international university is required for admission to and completion of a graduate program.

Students must also complete the following business acumen: Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Fundamentals of Martketing or their equivalents and Excel.
