Calendars

USU maintains a semester system—two semesters of classwork (fall and spring) and one summer session. Fall and spring semester are each of 15 weeks duration. Summer session spans a total of 11 weeks and includes a four-week May session and a seven-week Main session. Summer session for Distance Education and Regional Campuses includes a 14-week general session and two 7-week sessions.
