Course Learning Outcomes

1. Identify and describe the anatomical structures and physiological functions of major organ systems in animals, including muscular, skeletal, circulatory, respiratory, urinary, endocrine, reproductive, digestive, and nervous systems.
2. Explain and apply the mechanisms animals use to maintain homeostasis through hormonal, neural, and feedback regulation.
3. Analyze and integrate the physiological processes of reproduction, growth, lactation, and adaptation to understand how animals respond to developmental and environmental challenges.
