Course Learning Outcomes
1. By the end of this course, students will be able to analyze beef cattle disposition and behavior in various handling scenarios and evaluate the effectiveness of different handling techniques to ensure the welfare and safety of both cattle and handlers.
2. Students will be able to apply principles of halter breaking, leading, and grooming, and demonstrate proper show techniques, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
