  1. Students will evaluate how laws and regulations affect decisions and operations in the aviation industry. 

  2. Students will identify and explain the roles of key regulatory bodies and major domestic and international aviation laws. 

  3. Students will analyze aviation case studies and legal precedents to understand how law is interpreted and enforced. 

  4. Students will discuss emerging legal issues such as drones, space tourism, and new technologies in aviation.
