Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Integrate knowledge and skills from the General, Airframe, and Powerplant curricula to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of FAA Part 147 subject areas. 

  2. Apply FAA Practical Test Standards (PTS) and Airman Certification Standards (ACS) as guidelines for both written and practical exam preparation. 

  3. Demonstrate proficiency in maintenance theory, inspection procedures, and repair techniques across airframe and powerplant systems. 

  4. Perform hands-on lab exercises and review projects that reinforce technical accuracy, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance. 

  5. Evaluate and refine test-taking and troubleshooting skills to achieve readiness for FAA written and practical certification examinations.
