Lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment, fulfilling officer responsibilities and supporting team objectives. 

Plan, organize, and execute fundraising and logistical activities to support team operations and competition participation. 

Evaluate team performance and personal progress, using feedback and competition results to improve skills, strategies, and leadership effectiveness. 

Exhibit professionalism, time management, and ethical behavior consistent with both aviation industry standards and collegiate competition expectations.
