Students understand how to participate in a crew environment in order to prevent aviation accidents and recognize that CRM applies to all members of the aviation community. CRM skills can be applied to safely resolve situations that may not be familiar. 

Students understand the value and responsibilities of all aviation professionals (including flight crew, cabin crew, management, dispatchers, ATC, maintenance professionals, and others) as they relate to students' targeted fields. They synergize with their fellow professionals in order to help ensure the safe completion of every flight. 

Students have effective leadership skills that maintain a balance between asserting authority and encouraging participation. They are sensitive to others' personalities and management styles and are able to maintain a professional dynamic. They have the necessary skills for conflict resolution in both technical and human factors areas.
