  3. Apply advanced tools and frameworks (e.g., VERP, LAC, budgeting models) to assess visitor use, site capacity, and management trade-offs.

  4. Critique facility and site design proposals for sustainability, accessibility, and effectiveness in balancing visitor experience with resource protection.

  5. Design innovative recreation management solutions (e.g., facility layouts, visitor use policies, staffing strategies) that address budgetary and environmental constraints.

  6. Integrate principles of equity and access into recreation planning and decision-making for diverse user groups.

  7. Create a comprehensive management proposal for a recreation site that synthesizes monitoring data, budget analysis, and stakeholder perspectives.
