Course Learning Outcomes
1. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate physical education lessons aligned with state and national standards for K-12 students.
2. Integrate fundamental fitness principles (cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility) into physical education instruction.
3. Utilize effective pedagogical strategies, including communication, feedback, and classroom management, to promote student engagement and learning.
4. Employ formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
5. Advocate for physical education programs and promote lifelong physical activity and wellness within the school community.
