Course Learning Outcomes
1. Design explicit instruction lessons that support students with complex support needs in functional skills.
2. Implement scripted explicit instruction lessons including error correction in academic areas.
3. Develop and implement a classroom management plan that promotes a consistent, organized, and respectful learning environment.
4. Apply effective strategies to actively engage students and provide meaningful feedback that supports academic and behavioral growth.
5. Critically evaluate their own teaching practices and formulate actionable plans for continuous improvement.
