  1. Carry out supervised evaluations of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in a medical setting externship.  

  2. Select, design, and carry out supervised interventions that fit the needs of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in a medical setting externship. 

  3. Communicate and interact effectively with clients, families, professionals, and significant others 

  4. Complete documentation and reporting functions to support assessment and intervention.  

  5. Conduct clinical practices professionally and ethically.
