FCSE 6380 - Supervision and Mentoring

Explores the role of supervision and mentoring in the success of teaching professionals. Reviews four components of professional practice. Examines techniques for observation and conferencing. Students reflect upon their own teaching/mentoring exeriences and the impact upon professional practice.
