FIN 3400 - Corporate Finance (QI)

How corporations raise and manage capital. Study of modern financial principles, methods, policies, and institutions. Corporate organization, creation, and reorganization.

Prerequisite/Restriction: MATH 1050 ; ACCT 2010 ; choose one statistics course from: STAT 1040 , STAT 2300 , STAT 3000 , or PSY 2800 ; admittance to a USU major, cumulative GPA of 2.67 or higher, completion of at least 40 credits.
