MGT 6300 - Leadership and Operational Excellence

Introduces the principles of leadership consistent with the philosophy of operational excellence. Presents a framework for leading balanced and comprehensive efforts toward achieving organizational objectives. Topics include: humility in leadership, respect for the individual and ethics, continuous improvement as a strategy, corporate culture as a control mechanism, and measurement principles.
