SPED 5540 - Assessment of Persons with Severe Disabilities

This course provides students with knowledge and skills necessary for conducting assessment activities with pupils having severe disabilities. It covers norm-referenced/standardized, criterion-referenced, and alternative assessment instruments. Students complete assignments in administering, interpreting, and communicating results of each type of assessment.
Prerequisite(s): All prerequisite courses require a grade of B- or better: ELED 3100 , MATH 2010 , MATH 2020 , SPED 4000 , SPED 5040 , TEAL 2660
