Year 1


Fall Semester (15 credits)


A minimum grade of C is required in all HIST courses and a minimum grade of C- or higher in the QL  course.

Spring Semester (15 credits)


A minimum grade of C is required in all HIST courses as well as the BLS  and BPS  courses.

Year 2


Fall Semester (16 credits)


A minimum grade of C+ is required in HIST 3000  and a minimum grade of C- or higher is required in the 1st HIST course in the BS Science Series.

Spring Semester (16 credits)


A minimum grade of C is required in HIST Upper-Division courses and a minimum grade of C- or better in 2nd HIST course in BS Science Series.

A minimum grade of C- is required in the HIST: Science Course–any 2000-, 3000- or 4000- level science course with one of the following prefixes: BIOL, CHEM, CS, GEO, MATH, STAT OR PHYS.

A minimum grade of C+ or higher is required in HIST 4990 .

A minimum grade of C is required in SCED 3500 .

For SCED 3210 SCED 3300 SPED 4000 , and ITLS 5500 , please contact the College of Education for minimum grade requirements. 

Spring Semester (16 credits)


A minimum grade of C is required in the HIST Upper-Division course.

Teaching minors average 30 credits (can vary from 18-45).
