• Minimum Research Credits: 18-40 (maximum of 40 research credits applied to Program of Study)

The semesters during which a student registers for dissertation credit should correspond as closely as possible to the semesters in which the dissertation work is done, and faculty supervision is provided. A student must register for at least 3 dissertation credits the semester of their final defense.
