NOTE:

  1. Gateway to Advanced Japanese, course (4 credits), is a required transition course for students who are not quite ready to take  course. If the student needs to take course, it will not count towards the Japanese Minor. Instructors for the third-year courses can give students a waiver of this course based on a valuational interview.

  2. course and course are repeatable for credit, and may be taken a maximum of three times.
