The Shingo Specialization is an online program providing an understanding of the Shingo Modelâ„¢ and the principles necessary to make organizational excellence sustainable.
Shingo Workshops: In this course, students will complete the following Shingo Workshops: DISCOVER EXCELLENCE, SYSTEMS DESIGN, CULTURAL ENABLERS, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, and ENTERPRISE ALIGNMENT. Shingo Project: In this course, students will work directly with a mentor to design or create a system guided by the Shingo Modelâ„¢ as they complete the capstone BUILD EXCELLENCE workshop. The workshop helps to develop a structured approach to execute a cultural transformation. It builds upon a foundation of principles, using tools that already exist within many organizations. It teaches you how to build systems that drive behavior which will consistently deliver desired results. The project is designed to be implemented at your current place of employment.
This specialization focuses on developing impactful, innovative, and inclusive leaders who can negotiate strategic agreements and influence stakeholders.
The competencies learned in the Business Analytics specialization focus upon business intelligence, information systems strategy, and database design and mining.

The Entrepreneurship Specialization focuses on strategy and venturing skills which are tremendous assets to companies which want managers capable of identifying and leading growth strategies.
This specialization in Finance focuses on financial management, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making within the corporate and financial sectors.
