Program Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate knowledge about crime prevention, law enforcement, peacekeeping; depth in understanding tools and strategies used in criminal prevention and law enforcement.

Objectives:

1- Students will examine the role of police in society, exploring their functions, organizational structure, subculture, community interactions, and contemporary challenges such as technology, corruption, violence, and use of force.

2-   Students will analyze the foundations of criminal liability, investigative processes, and legal defenses while developing critical problem-solving skills for navigating obstacles in criminal investigations.

3- Students will integrate principles of criminal law, investigative techniques, and resilience science to enhance their ability to manage stress, improve decision-making, and maintain well-being in high-pressure criminal justice settings.
