Program Learning Outcomes
Objectives:
1- Students will develop skills in oral advocacy and testimony presentation while understanding alternative dispute resolution methods and the role of communication in the criminal justice system.
2- Students will analyze the rules of evidence, the structure of criminal courts, and the processes involved in criminal cases while also exploring key political and legal concepts, including the relationship between law and morality and the U.S. Constitution.
3- Students will examine the foundations of American law and politics, comparing the U.S. legal system with others, while understanding the role of law in society and the constitutional principles that shape civil rights, liberties, and governance.
