Airframe Maintenance - Technical Certificate

The Airframe Maintenance program equips students with the necessary skills for a career in aviation maintenance. After completing this certificate, students will meet the Federal Aviation Administration requirements to take the General and Airframe tests required to earn their FAA Airframe license.

This technical certificate will provide independent, statewide-developed certification and a stackable credential toward a two-year Associate of Applied Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Credits earned in the certificate program(s) will meet requirements for existing Certificate and BS program requirements:

• AAS, Aircraft Maintenance Technician

• AAS, General Technology

• AAS, Small Business Operations

• BS, Technology Systems, Technical Management
